Rand Elliott - Founder and General Partner

Rand founded the company in 1992 after owning and operating the Holiday Inn in Yakima, WA.  He is currently a Yakima County Commissioner. 



Kylee Stelzer - Partner

kylee.stelzer@pfcyakima.com

Kylee is the Business Manager and handles accounting and administrative duties for the company.

Ben Elliott - Partner

Ben has worked in real estate finance since 2003.  He has been a Real Estate Broker for various firms and an Analyst for HomeStreet Capital in Seattle, WA.
